What Inka Rainbow does with the details you send through the website: what we collect, why, how long we keep it and how to have it deleted.

What we collect, and why

If you go on to book, we will also need the passport details required to issue Machu Picchu entrance tickets and train tickets in your name, and any health or dietary information you choose to share so we can plan safely. We ask for those only when they are needed, never through the website form.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked for a quote.
- We do not use your message for anything other than answering it.
We do share what is strictly necessary with the hotels, guides, transport companies and the Peruvian Ministry of Culture involved in your own booking. Without that, the booking cannot exist.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a booking: up to two years, in case you come back to us. Bookings: as long as Peruvian tax and accounting law requires. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to alvalderrama@inkarainbow.com and we will reply within 30 days. If you are in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also have the right to receive your data in a portable format and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies. We load fonts from Google Fonts and icons from Cloudflare, which means those services see your IP address when the page loads. If we ever add analytics, this page will say so before we switch it on.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Form submissions reach us by email and are stored on our hosting provider's server in a file that is not publicly accessible. Payments are handled entirely by the payment provider; we never see or store your card number.
