Thursday – Welcome to Guatemala
Day 1-
Welcome to Guatemala! We will pick you up at La Aurora International Airport and take you directly to your hotel so you can relax and prepare for the exciting adventure that awaits.
Friday – Hobbitenango Tour & Antigua Guatemala
Day 2-
We start the day with a visit to the Hobbitenango natural park, a unique and magical place inspired by the world of J.R.R. Tolkien, surrounded by beautiful landscapes and panoramic views. In the afternoon, we will explore Antigua, visiting its most emblematic landmarks with the guidance of an expert guide. We will stroll through the vibrant Central Plaza, visit the majestic Metropolitan Cathedral, and explore the historic Palace of the Captains.
Saturday – Lake Atitlán Excursion
Day 3-
Excursion to one of the most magical places in Guatemala: Lake Atitlán. Imagine an immense lake, shimmering under the sun, surrounded by mountains and volcanoes adorned with wildflowers. This setting will be the perfect backdrop for a boat ride and a guided tour that explores the deep connection with the Maya culture that this place holds. The excursion continues in San Juan La Laguna, a peaceful village inhabited by the Tz'utujil people, located on the west side of the lake, where we will visit textile workshops, chocolate, and natural medicine.
Sunday – Pacaya Volcano Tour & Airport Departure
Day 4-
Easy ascent on the Pacaya Volcano, ideal for both beginners and hiking enthusiasts, while you enjoy impressive panoramic views. After the tour, transfer to La Aurora International Airport for your departure flight. End of services.
