Hotel Pickup
Our Inka Rainbow team will pick you up at your accommodation. Make sure you are ready at the stipulated time. Don't forget to bring warm clothing and comfortable shoes for this adventure.

Journey to the Trailhead
We will travel approximately 2.5 hours to the trailhead located in the town of Mollepata, where we will enjoy a delicious energizing breakfast before starting the hike.

Breakfast Stop
We will stop in the village of Mollepata to have breakfast and prepare for the trekking adventure.

Trek to Humantay Lagoon
We will begin our hike through the Andes mountains, enjoying the breathtaking landscapes of the Vilcanota mountain range. The hike takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach the magical turquoise Humantay Lagoon, located at an altitude of 4,200 meters above sea level.

Free Time at the Lagoon
You will have approximately 1.5 hours to explore, take photographs, meditate, and enjoy the stunning views of the lagoon and the Salkantay Snowy Peak.

12:00h - 14:00h
Descent & Return to Trailhead
We will begin our descent back to the trailhead, which takes approximately 2 hours. This is a wonderful time to enjoy the different perspectives of the Andean landscape.

14:00h - 15:00h
Lunch Time
Once back at the trailhead, we will enjoy a delicious lunch in Mollepata, where you can taste the delicious flavors of Andean cuisine.

15:00h - 17:30h
Return to Cusco
Now it's time to rest and relax as we return to the Imperial City of the Incas. We will arrive back in Cusco around 5:30 PM.
