Hotel Pickup
Our Inka Rainbow team will pick you up at your accommodation. Make sure you are ready at the stipulated time. Don't forget to bring warm clothing and comfortable shoes for this adventure.

Journey to the Trailhead
We will travel approximately 3 hours to the trailhead located in the town of Cusipata or Chillca, where we will enjoy a delicious energizing breakfast before starting the hike.

07:30h - 08:00h
Breakfast Stop
We will stop to have breakfast and prepare for the trekking adventure, with time to use restrooms and organise your gear.

08:00h - 10:30h
Trek to Rainbow Mountain
We will begin our hike through the Andes mountains, enjoying the breathtaking landscapes and the herds of llamas and alpacas along the way. The hike takes approximately 2.5 hours to reach the famous Rainbow Mountain, located at an altitude of 5,036 meters above sea level.

10:30h - 11:30h
Free Time at the Summit
You will have approximately 1 hour to explore, take photographs, and enjoy the stunning views of the colorful mountain and the surrounding valleys. You can also visit the nearby Red Valley viewpoint if time permits.

11:30h - 13:30h
Descent & Return to Trailhead
We will begin our descent back to the trailhead, which takes approximately 1.5 to 2 hours. This is a wonderful time to enjoy the different perspectives of the Andean landscape.

13:30h - 14:30h
Lunch Time
Once back at the trailhead, we will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch in a local restaurant, where you can taste the delicious flavors of Andean cuisine.

14:30h - 17:30h
Return to Cusco
Now it's time to rest and relax as we return to the Imperial City of the Incas. We will arrive back in Cusco around 5:30 PM.
